the room was too warm

Hotel was good , breakfast was OK but not brilliant , food overcooked , main issue with this hotel was the heating was far too hot which stopped a good sleep .

The price was good and the staff were really friendly and helpful especially the lady on reception. The jacuzzi bath in our room was great.

When we checked in we were sent to the third floor to our room, when we opened the door the room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. We went back to reception and were given a new room also on the third floor, we went back up and this time couldn't unlock the room, we went down to reception again and we're told the key was fixed and would now work. We went back up to the third floor and the key still didn't work. We went to reception again and got moved to a room on the first floor. The room was ok for the price but it was incredibly hot all night, as we were on the front of the property it was really noisy especially in the morning and we were awake from early due a lorry being parked under our window and noisily moving things into the hotel. It was not a great experience we didn't expect a lot for the cost but the location is pretty far from the central attractions and we really didn't get a good sleep. The hotel is a reflection of Blackpool as a whole it really requires a bit of TLC.

Taking my money when I was taken poorly on the Saturday. I left on the Sunday and didn't even sleep there I asked for my money back but the reception said I could not have my money but back.

Staff were great. Very friendly and worked hard especially at breakfast. My room was a little shabby. Wallpaper was coming away from the wall. Limescale on shower head and taps. Dirty under the soap dish. Bedding was very clean and bed was comfy. WiFi was only available on lower floors. Parking was limited Breakfast had a good selection and the breakfast room was very clean and tidy

room was ok nice and spacious, that we had a sea view, bed a little hard but it is to be expected, breakfast was good we liked been able to get your own, and as much as you liked would certainly come back again.

could do with sorting tables out in dining room they were very sticky think it is caused by the cleaning products used to clean them after use.

Nice wellcome from reception room had few problems would of said something but only there one night .

Room320 had very small duvets only just covering the bed so went all over the place ,towel rail kept falling off and shower curtain not long enough to go into bath expected better from the savoy to be honest not the cheapest .

Good food .located right by a tram stop but far enough out of town to walk the prom back to Blackpool Tower if feeling energetic.

Only one small lift. Room was a little drafty on a very windy day.

Small lift for hotel size, bed was very very uncomfortable.. me and my partner both woke up with sire backs!
